(USHJA) was voted as the national affiliate for hunters and the international affiliate for jumpers by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF). This competition year (2005), competitors in USEF recognized hunter/jumper shows have to be members of both the USEF and the USHJA. USHJA membership costs $55 for seniors and $45 for juniors. USEF membership is $40 for seniors and $35 for juniors, plus an additional $15 discipline fee for seniors. Those who are not members of one or both of these organizations are required to pay non-member fees if competing in open hunter/jumper divisions at USEF-recognized shows. >> Archived News Items
